In order to give full play to the role of the company's technical experts in the promotion and application of new technologies and the solution of major key technical problems, promote the company's scientific and technological progress, improve the company's competitive strength, and promote the stable, sustainable, rapid and healthy development of the company, the company has established a technical expert committee consisting of 20 technical experts and issued appointment letters for them.

The establishment of the technical expert committee fully reflects the company's emphasis on technical personnel, and also provides a platform for technical personnel to show their strength and improve themselves, which will effectively create a "sophisticated" technical personnel team. With the help of this platform, the technical personnel of the company will actively promote all kinds of technical research and development work, carry out technical discussion, exchange and form collective decision-making through technical salons and other forms, so as to realize leapfrog development of the company's technical innovation. The company will give special subsidies to selected technical experts and provide more financial support for their technical research and development.

In order to respect technology and talents and promote the construction of the company's skill team, in 2018, the company selected 10 production backbones from front-line employees to form the Skill Master Committee and issued employment letters to them.

The Skill Master Committee will play a leading and exemplary role of technical personnel in innovation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, skill improvement, technology transfer and skill exchange and promotion, which plays an important role in improving the training level of high-skilled personnel of the company.
