Steel and fiber dual-purpose calendering auxiliary line

The linkage line used for steel wire and fiber cord calendering is equipped with linkage accessories for continuous coating operation according to the requirements of coating process.

Product features:
The whole line is divided into six tension zones to ensure the normal operation and no deformation of the fabric cord. Tension sensor and control device are used in the front and rear tension area of the calender to realize closed-loop control.
The warping roll and pressure roll are made of high-quality nitriding steel. Different nitriding methods (gas nitriding and soft nitriding) are adopted for different groove density, and are processed by special equipment to ensure the processing accuracy and uniform steel wire arrangement.
The production line has compact structure, reasonable layout, convenient operation, stable speed operation and high degree of automation.
